You don't have to watch these two long to realize they have a very special connection.
"...the most powerful combination of emotions in the world is not called out by any grand cosmic event nor found in novels or history books—but merely by a parent gazing down upon a sleeping child."
I love that quote but for me it's also watching these two interact with one another.
Sometime I sit back gazing as he throws her up into the crisp air. Or I will watch her run to him wrapping her arms around his neck squeezing tightly.
Watching her jump out of her crib like it's on fire when she hears him get home from practice late at night.
In those moments with tears in my eyes I come to the realization that even though my Dad had to depart from this life at an early age being incredibly blessed by having such an incredibly loving husband who is so aware and affectionate not to mention the best Daddy always playful patient and involved really makes up the difference.
Just looking at these two smiling faces is a testament that God is real He lives and loves me I know that He made these two beautiful beings who I love with all my heart and soul to love me back.
These pictures were from our latest road trip.
