Chris is so CUTE!!
Chris woke up early for my first day or school made me breakfast and a lunch he also decided to document my morning he knew how much I wanted to go to school so when the time finally came he was more excited than I was.

These are scones that we made I made the heart for Chris and He made me the "A" Although I ended up eating the heart and no one ate the nasty "A" but boy were they delicious Chris even made some honey butter.
Chris for sure had to have remembered me telling him about all those years when my mom would line us up to take a gazillion pictures in our sweet new outfits and pretty hair on our first day of school. MOM YOU'RE THE BEST!!!

This is our sweet scooter that I ride practically everyday. Nope mom, Elizabeth and Camille. I still don't have a helmet yet I know it's so idiotic. I will get one soon promise.

Playing catch UP (Downetta)
A month ago or so Chris and I drove down to Idaho for a family reunion. It was a blast especially driving with Chris for 4 or so hours. We love talking and driving is a place that makes that possible.

This is a friend we met near our campground. I was really scared to feed her at first really scared...

We also floated down what they call Lava Hot Springs I don't know why they call it that because this river was anything but hot. Chris and I were on a 4 man tube hahahah it was cold and scary Chris thought it was hilarious but I beg to differ.
On our ride home! This was probably my favorite part of the weekend sitting, laughing, talking and singing yea thats right we sing.

MY FAVORITE BOOK MASTER and of course a candy stick mmmmm cotton candy flavor.

Whats my favorite season??
I just can't decided.
Could it be the vacations and the feel of freshly bloomed nature in the air around spring time. Or the smell of sunscreen, BBQ'S, family reunions and the hot sun beaming down on me in the summer. Perhaps it's winter with the sparkling lights, Christmas carols, warmed apple cider and hot chocolate, houses filled with the smell of cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin spice, and pine trees. Or the colors of orange, red, yellow and brown leaves spotting the world, candy being given at every door, chili being eaten, and clothes being layered in the fall.
I ask myself this because I am so excited for the fall!! I am excited for the sweaters and layered shirts, I am excited to make soups and chili, I can't wait to decorate my house for Halloween and dress up with Chris. I'm excited to make my Christmas list and shop the town away. And than in a few months I will be anticipating with the same excitement maybe even more Winter the Christmas season and our 1 year anniversary (OH YEAH) but until then....I can't wait for fall.

If you don't have one of these...
You are defiantly missing out. Chris has been coming home with a lot of presents for me lately a pizza cutter (mmmm yeah I was surprised), love letters and some other stuff but my favorite so far is this TA DA...

I love love love it so much I can't see a darn thing and have never slept better. Thank you honey.

Three New Posts FULL OF HELLOS AND GOODBYES
It's been a life changing crazy two weeks for us. I will just post about a few of the events today in.
First of all MY SISTER HAD A BABY!!
Everyone please welcome LILA CAMILLE SMITH into the world.
I don't know how my sisters look so incredible before, during and after giving birth all i have to say is I have seen enough births for one year.
We got to babysit little Matthew for a whole day and night it was so much fun to spend so much time with him. It was his first time sleeping away from his parents and he was such a trooper. We miss you Matthew already. Here are some pics of the baby.

Along with saying hello to a beautiful angel Lila we said goodbye to two GREAT men!!
Matthew Sr my bro in law said goodbye to his dad Monday early morning. To sum him up in a few words he is a BRILLIANT SPIRITUAL GIANT who raised some of the most impressive people I have ever met. He was a professor at BYU, and a fighter who battled cancer for SO LONG all the while loving his wife kids and grandkids. This picture is how I always will remember him -light in his eyes and a kind smile on his face.

Donald LaFontaine We'll miss you!!

Some of you may not recognize this face but I promise you have heard his powerful voice COUNTLESS times he is known as the "King of Voiceovers" but to me he is known for his loving nature, thoughtfulness, his desire to help other, his hilarious dry sense of humor and how sincere he always was, the way he would hug me so tight and kiss my check every time I saw him. He passed away Monday at the age of 68.
Over the past 25 years Don my cousin has been the prominent voiceover for all movie trailers, along with ET, CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX, TBS just to name A FEW. He has voiced hundreds and thousands of commercial and radio adds. But to me his greatest accomplishment was the raising of his 3 daughters 2 of the girls are 18 and younger and the relationship he has with his gorgeous and admirable wife Nita. He will be missed but his love for life and hilarious sense of humor will live on.
Thank you Don for living your life so well and making us a part of it we love you!!
